Falls - Filer Idaho Rental Properties (With Possible Corral Space)
Residential
properties associated with the Miller Enterprise farm and ranch operations are
available for rental to qualified individuals. They are typically on leases but
there is often one available or becoming available within a month. Most of the
houses come up for lease in spring and summer. First, last and damage are payable prior to occupying. When available they are also
advertised in the Twin Falls Times News.
These Idaho houses are all in a country
setting and all about 10 miles west of Twin Falls Idaho and 5 miles northwest
of Filer Idaho (15-20 minutes from either downtown Twin Falls, Blue Lakes Mall
or College of Southern Idaho). They are all near the Snake River Canyon and
each has its own unique canyon or country view on either the 2100E or 2000E
roads. All offer the possibility of corral and/or pasture-hay for horses or
cattle. Any restrained outdoor farm animals are welcome. Outdoor dogs must be
fenced except when supervised by owner also outside.Tenant Contents and Liability
insurance is required if any renter animals are on the property. Indoor
pets are permitted but each requires a non-refundable damage deposit of $200 per
animal, irregardless of
size,
Most
of the houses have wood burning stoves. Wood for burning is included with the
rent but tenant has to cut it up from our various farm locations.
Weekly
garbage pick-up and driveway snow removal are included with rent. Yard care is
available by request at about $25 per cutting.

4484 HOUSE: This newer 10 year old three to four bedroom, two bath brick house was built on a farmed 50 acre parcel. It has new hardwood floors and new carpeting and lovely 360 degree views. There is room for a small corral and garden. It sits on a private dead end road but there are long term neighbors nearby. This property can be rented for $1050/month, with first, last and $500 damage.

The following houses are leased at least through spring or summer 2011. We normally find out when a house will become available about one month ahead of a renter leaving. When a house is immediately available it will be so indicated on this website and within the Twin Falls Times-News.

HOUSE: A remodeled three bedroom, one bath farmhouse
with new oversize 30x24 heated garage and a one half basement (unfinished).
Garbage pickup provided.House sits in middle 125 acre farm, has nice open
views and corral space is available and included. Can be totally heated with
wood burning stove but also has economical propane forced air. We provide the
wood if you cut it. Current remodeling includes new hardwood and carpet floors
with new tile in bath and entrance way. Re-landscaping
of grounds will be done this summer. This rents for $700/month.

bath small cottage on one acre with irrigated corral, pasture, garden area and
large patio-deck overlooking Cedar Draw Canyon. It leases for $475/month and requires
a $500 damage deposit. This house is 10 minutes west of CSI, has propane heat
and electric air conditioning. It is on the acre behind the house labeled as
House 4401. Since the living room and bedroom are combined, it is suitable for
only up to two persons. One or two outdoor farm animals are welcomed. A single
indoor pet will be tolerated with a non refundable additional
$200 deposit.
